I was born in Palermo and grew up in a nice town called Marsala wellknown because of

its tasty wine and its beautiful saltmines.

Let's skip childhood and adolescence...

University! what a joyful time!

I move from my beloved Sicily to Pisa.

Master's Degree in Art History, with a thesis about Neo-noir Cinema.

An internship at Benecé Produccions takes me to Gaudí's city, Barcelona.

After that I'm off to the groovy Madrid, to study Documentary Screenplay and Direction, while working as assistant director in short films and commercials.

In Costa Rica I shoot my first short documentary... thousands of turtles!

I continue my education taking the Camera Operator and Editor certification.

Since then, I work both in commercial productions (spots, music videos) and

documentaries and make videos for

Public Institutions and NGOs, most of

about me

all environmental organizations: OCEANA, Fundación Biodiversidad, Spanish Ministry of the Environment and Edmaktub are the most important.

Curiosity takes me to France, where I work during two years as official photographer at the Cinema Festival of Montpellier, as camera op at two communication agencies and as editor in a shortfilm selected at Cannes' Shortfilm Corner.

But one day someone told me that my destiny was to live again in an island... and it really happened! Now I'm living in Gran Canaria where I continue my job as video-editor for Ecologistas en Acción and other NGOs while I work as multilingual communication assistant for several agencies.
